  • Always knead the Eureka! Cup <\/span>menstrual cup <\/span>with clear hands. When using for the first time, sterilize the<\/span> self-emptying menstrual cup<\/span> Eureka! Cup<\/span> in hot water for 4 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow the steps:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    1\u00ba.- For those right-handed grab the Eureka! Cup <\/span>menstrual cup<\/span> by its rim between the index finger and thumb of the left hand. Using the index fingertip of the right hand, fold the self-emptying Eureka! Cup from any of its four notches to its deepest point. The cup will remain folded.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2\u00ba.- Pull out the index finger not letting the menstrual cup unfold, grab <\/span>the self-emptying menstrual cup <\/span>Eureka! Cup with the right hand. Find the position that feels more comfortable for the insertion of the cup into the vagina.<\/span><\/p>\n
