Returns

Sensual Intim does not allow returns of any product without a security seal, as it is an intimate hygiene product.

If after having bought and received the order the customer decides not to keep it, it can be returned to Sensual Intim within a period of fifteen calendar days by sending an email to orders@sensualintim.com and informing of this decision, as long as the product maintains the original packaging. The customer must bear the cost of shipping the return and the refund of the product price will be made once Sensual Intim checks the correct condition of the returned product.

 

Eureka! Cup size change

Sensual Intim does not allow changes in size for used cups or without a security seal, as it is an intimate hygiene product.

We will only accept size changes in the case that after trying Eureka! Cup for 3 menstrual periods it does not finish adjusting. To make this change, you must contact us at orders@sensualintim.com and we will detail the procedure to follow.

 

* Indispensable that 90 days have passed since the purchase of Eureka! Cup.

 

Defective product

If upon receiving the product you notice that it has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to make an exchange. To request it, you must notify us by email to orders@sensualintim.com. You must attach a photograph and a clear and detailed explanation of the product defect. After evaluating the specific case and verifying that the defect is from the manufacturer, Sensual Intim will take care of the shipping costs for sending you the new product, which you will receive within a maximum period of two weeks.

 

2 years warranty

Our products have a two-year guarantee that covers all faults or defects that may have been caused by a factory defect. The warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse of the product or wear and tear, nor does it cover scratches, cuts, holes or other damage caused by improper handling of the product. If your product has undergone any change derived from a manufacturing defect during the first two years after its purchase, you can send us an email to orders@sensualintim.com attaching a photograph and a detailed description of the case. After evaluating the specific case and verifying that the defect is from the manufacturer, Sensual Intim will take care of the shipping costs of the new product, which you will receive within a maximum period of two weeks.

Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula: 1 to 3 business days

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: from 5 to 15 business days

Shipments to the Balearic Islands: from 2 to 8 business days

Shipments to European countries: from 2 to 5 business days

Shipments to the rest of the world: between 3 and 15 days business days

* All those shipments that require their passage through customs, may entail a delay of between 3 and 5 extra days.
