Unlike conventional pelvic balls, Pelvic Balls® are characterized by having a single ball instead of two, which makes it more comfortable and easy to hold inside the vagina. They also have four weights and five training levels for gradual training adapted to your pace. Take care of and strengthen your pelvic floor with the pelvic balls that best suit you.

Firstly, use water-based lubricant on the Pelvic Balls and on the vagina for a better glide and insert into the vagina.
For the Pelvic Balls to work, it is important that you are standing and moving during use, so that the internal weight can transmit these small vibrations, causing contractions of the vagina that will strengthen the pelvic floor. You can use them while you are carrying your daily activities without spending extra time or effort. It is recommended to use the Pelvic Balls with a minimum of 15-30 minutes and a maximum of 3 hours. As you see improvements you can increase the weight of the inner ball.
Relax the vaginal muscles and gently pull the silicone strip.
Before and after each use, you must clean the Pelvic Balls with water and neutral soap. You can also use Sensual Intim’s antibacterial cleanser for intimate products.
Train at your own pace without forcing the area, it is not recommended to use Pelvic Balls for more than 3 hours a day.
